Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Personally i think its a rather sad indication of chasm that exists between the elite few and the rest of the league that teams like Blackburn and Bolton are challenging for places in Europe

Blackburn are bunch of thugs, cant believe that Savage got away with that backing into Alonso

Well done to Cisse who tried hard and Momo bossed the midfield but big Sami is mine Man of match

Yes, cisse had played well... Blackburn players didn't give him much time on the ball....Every time he gets the ball, they seem to tackle him.

Lets hope the anti-cisse brigade gives him the thumps up too....

Mark Hughes used to play his football that way, he was a battler and so are his team, but they didnt have the quality to break us down. They are quite an ordinary team really.

Well done lads !!!!!!!!!!!

GET IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A great result in a tough fixture!

Oh, the positives...

1) 3rd is all but secured now (as if it were in doubt!)
2) 2nd spot is in sight, especially if Spurs do as a favour tomorrow
3) Another cool finish from Robbie (Rafa get the paperwork ready!)
4) Another clean sheet (2 more for the record!!!)
5) No injuries? (someone please confirm...if so, a feat in and of itself at Ewood Park)

I'm made up for the lads...great result!  :buttrock

Not sure, but he was complaining to rafa about something when he came off.....

Something about warnock...although he gets injured a lot, he seems to recover fast... So guess, he should be ok in a week  :D
