Honestly surprised Slot has benched Salah. Not that he doesn't deserve it but didn't expect Slot to do it. However, Wirtz on the wings is not the answer IMO.

We should be good enough to beat these but they're not a bad side actually with the likes of Osimhen in their team so we should be careful.

That was a painful watch!! We dont look like we can create anything, we look clueless. Ive never seen us move the ball so slowly.. Gravenberch has had about 5 times to play it to Wirtz in space but he chose to go back and recycle it everytime. No idea what the tactics are but its frustrating to watch.

Apart from Salah and MacAlister being on the bench I don't see a big difference from our usual set up.

I understand that people want Salah to be on the bench at times but who exactly is going to play in his place? Frimpong has been playing like a headless chicken. Not singling him out for this poor performance though, most of our players have been poor.

For real man, him and those two plus Gravenberch are probably our most important players at the moment and probably the players you want to lose to injury the least. And we lost two just in this game, that we're probably not even going to win and lucky if we draw.
