a report come in at 7am saying that Rafa has said yes to Juventus .

another report come in saying that he has said yes to them but only if they are in the CL.

You know i think your full of sh!t.

But imagine the irony if that were true.
He would only go to a club that's in the champions league.
Yet he hasnt done all he could to get us there in the last month or so.

Im sorry mate I didn't realise you get 'reports' from your mates, I only read / hear reports off the internet, radio and newspapers. Try reading the Daily Star in future, your reports may come across as a bit more believable next time.    :glare:

LOL

Lakes, tell me you write this sort of stuff for a bet. Please!

And yeah, a manager with the best managerial record in Europe in the last 6 years does tend to need to build his name up a little. I mean, who'd have heard of him?

Totally ridiculous... Rafa will probably base his decision on the stability of the club naturally...

Even though I'm very much behind Rafa, he is largely irrelevant when it comes to this issue in terms of whether new owners will want their own man or not etc etc.

Getting decent owners is far more important to the club than whoever manages the team.

I believe in our team Emerald. I think we have a team thats good enough to challenge. I think we have 4 world class players, a couple of £20 million pound players and some top class players. I believe we WILL do better next season even if we get little or no funds. No and's if's or maybe's WE WILL DO BETTER NEXT SEASON, WE HAVE TOO MANY GOOD PLAYERS NOT TO.

I agree, 100%. Challenge, yes. Possibly. We've proven it. The side took a dent in the summer, Rafa took risks, made mistakes, but I think with proper investment we'd have kicked on or at the very least looked like challenging again, at be already qualified for the CL at a minimum. Aquilani could turn out to be the player Rafa gambled on this season and lost out on due to poor judgement on his recovery. We need a better player than Kuyt for the right wing and another forward and a left sided player. That'll take some proper money, but if it's given then I can see this team getting back on form like you say. Totally agree there.
