you're out of it, move along, nothing to see here.

:D :D

ps - get your money on France to win the whole thing now, you know it'll happen, that's how it works.

Bitter ? Us ? Or Me, for that matter ?
Not on your nelly, mate....
What I don't appreciate though is a pathetic coward like Owzat trying to have a laugh over this thing....if it was England, we'd hear about it for the next 50 years, just like the hand of God from Maradona....
I don't think he'd say it to my face...

I was thinking, " :censored: it these things happen in football" But the Maradona point is a good one. I'm still bitter about that and I was barley born.

Looking at what they are saying about the lack of fans going to the world cup, I bet FIFA wish Ireland were going now instead of France, at least Ireland would have used its ticket allocation, the French won't.

Or who has more fans willing to get shot/stabbed/rapped/murdered to see the world cup.

Yes but if they have half empty stadiums during the world cup its going to look bad on FIFA's showcase competition, stupid place to have it anyway, just a PC exercise.

Yeah, FIFA now reckon just 450,000 foreign fans will attend teh Cup as opposed to 1 million at the last cup.

My friends down there are extremely worried about the security situation during - and after the cup. They reckon there´ll be a big backlash after the cup when the temporary workers are made redundant.
