International Football/Football World Wide - General Discussion

How disrespectful was Sepp Blatter when talking at the conference about the Irish FA's request to be added as an extra team? They were laughing like it was a joke.

I hope that fat :censored: has a heart attack. All the big teams are in a fecking state at the moment, they could all slip up easily.

Yeah - time to get on with it now.

However, I still hope O'Shea (or anybody ) breaks the fukkin cheats legs.

If England draw France Henry will have done more for Anglo-Irish relationships than any politican in happy, the pubs here will be full of England fans.

I dont see the big deal with not punishing him for it, it goes on in the game all the time. Yes, he's a kunt for it, and yes France shouldn't be there. But what Henry did should have been spotted by an official at the time. Handball was never an offence that could get a player banned retrospectively, so why start now

not that I agree with Henry in any way mind
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Thats true.

It was a horrible way for Ireland to go out after playing so well. And it was a blatant double handball that he intended despite him protesting his innocence.
You could see the delight in his celebration - no remorse whatsoever - so all his i nearly retired from international football b'llocks was just that - b'llocks.

Having said that, nobody previously has been suspended after the match for that kind of offence so you cant just ban him without an actual change in the rules before hand.

They are a bag of sh!te anyway france and will come nowhere.

I love how the Irish are seen as the most happy go lucky country in the world, when really they are the most bitter bunch of twonks known to man.

you're out of it, move along, nothing to see here.

:D :D

ps - get your money on France to win the whole thing now, you know it'll happen, that's how it works.
