sorry for this negative post in my first official post on here, but rafa is NOT the man to take us forward, here are my reasons:

he is been here nearly 6 years and has won nothing for 4 years, and before anyone says neither has wenger, no offence but i'm not an arsenal fan so i don't particularly care.

regardless of net spend, who he has signed who he has sold etc, he has bought 67 players at a cost of over 200 million, imo the only ones i would keep and would have kept is reina, alonso, masch, johnson and torres, noone else that he has bought is good enough to wear the red of liverpool, so them 5 players have a combine total of around 50 million due to monies owed from previous deals etc, so imo thats 150 MILLION spent on 62 rubbish players.

people think alonso went because he tried to sell him to sign barry, while i believe there to be some truth in this i dont believe this was what started the fallout, i actually think it was further back when liverpool were due to play in italy, and alonso wanted to be at his wife's side for the birth of their first child, and rafa wouldnt let him, i'm sorry i dont care what you do for a profession, family will ALWAYS come first.

rafa won the CL with GH's team, in lets be honest a very lucky 7 min spell, and as marvellous as this achievement was, giving us it to keep, it is imo the only thing keeping rafa in a job, he has given us our worst run for 50 years, he is stubborn beyond belief and just wont drop kuyt, no matter what form he is in, as it stand i think he has 1 goal and 1 assist in 12 or 13 games, he is shocking this season.

he spent 20 million on an injured player, and he has been regaining fitness for the past month and he has played aquaman for 15 mins, why didnt he bring him on vs debrecen?

he makes poor substitutions, poor formations and poor tactics, why play 2 DM at anfield against teams that are there for the taking.

hull have won 5 times in the whole of 2009 but have picked up more points than us in last 10 games..shocking.

why has he left us with only 1 recognised striker, he must have been the only man in the whole of europe who even believed ngog and voronin were good enough to lead the line in torres absence.

he could have kept crouch or keane or even both.

why didnt he include wesley sneijder or van der vaart in the alonso deal?, he certainly could have sneijder has moved on and VDV is out of favour, and they would have give us one of them or even both they wanted alonso that bad.

when he loans out young english players they generally dont come back, and when people say why didnt he give xx a chance, the general answer is...because he isnt spanish.

Gh put us back in europe and rafa has taken us out of it.

i could go on and on, but thats enough but as a parting note.

we will NEVER win another trophy under rafa.

sorry for such negativity in my first post, just hope it doesnt alienate me, i'd like to think i'm entitled to an opinion and thats mine :)

Fair enough since Rafa ('s words and actions) tends to insult the intelligence of those fans with any
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

no the agents of Babel and Voronin are telling the media they want their clients to get a move in January and in doing so get themselves a nice xmas bonus...its a common thing nowadays use the media to make unrest for financial gain..
but you couldn't care because you lap that kind of gutter press drivel up

I've been away for a little over a month due to reservist training
(bloody hell I'm in my mid 30s and I still have to go for reservist training?!?!?)
I was absolutely gutted to find out that we were knocked out of the CL and the results of of our last 10 games
Sabre probably put it best when he said it was just too depressing to talk about anything else for the moment
When things go wrong, it's easiest to point the finger at the Manager and scream for his head
Yet, those that scream the loudest have no idea over the replacements
While it's perfectly understandable that we as fans will get emotional at times, and everyone is entitled to their valued opinions;
do we have to argue over this right now?
Can't we just get behind the team and pray that things starting turning around?
(Starting with a good old trashing of the sour Toffees!!)
Only time will prove if Rafa was a success or a dud
Let's just concentrate on raising the morale of our fellow supporters and success of our beloved Reds before nit-picking over our lack of success
The only True Reds in england...........
