anyone else know anything about this?

I may as well post this now, I heard it a few weeks back but because of all the cr@p going around, I only told Leon at the time. Now it looks like its coming out anyway. It is probably B0llocks anyway!!!!

Thanks Leon, but just so you know.....you arn't going to like it.

He told me that the deal to take Rafa to Milan is done and dusted. Rafa has been talking to a few Liverpool players about going with him. In particular REINA, ALONSO, Mascherano and Agger. Which is where the story about the dressing room bust up came in.

Rafa has also been accused by Parry of being more interested in getting his £6million pay off than doing the right thing for the club, and of trying to manipulate things so he could leave for his new club with the money as well.

Gerrard and Carra were supposedly fuming when they found out what had been going on and spoke to Moores or Parry, and were told that everything will be sorted out in the next few weeks . This meeting was supposedly a couple of weeks go. So should be anytime now.

The Milan manager is supposedly taking over at Barca, not Mourinho.

The so called big argument was because Gerrard and Carra were arguing with Alonso about Rafa, Reina stepped in and they all almost came to blows.

I was told "it was gospel not gossip"

First I heard about it was someone on here mentioned that Rafa was going to Milan. So I had a look around the sites etc and it was on a Chelsea site about it.(I posted it somewhere) I then asked my mate who told me the rest.

Hopefully all b0llocks mate.

no disrespect but this is a laughable story....

I can only say what I was told , to be honest I couldn't care a toss what you or anyone else believes.

(was it the straw that broke the Camels back, the thought of Carra and SG leaving and all). If, as you allude to, the source is quite reliable its a crazy situation, and must be a horrible place to be right now.

I lost faith in Rafa's methods after the Wigan game mate, not when I was told that. I started to become more vocal in my disapproval after being told that.

I have no idea if he is that reliable, some things he has told me have been right others haven't. If I thought he was that reliable I wouldn't have said its probably b0llocks.

I didn't post it to say this is what has happened, I POSTED IT TO SAY THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD as it now appears its becoming common knowledge that there are problems.

I heard on the phone-in on City after the game today that the reason Alonso hasn't been playing lately in because he and Rafa have supposedly had a big falling out over the departure of Pako who Xabi was very close to. I've no idea how true this is, I've no idea who the geezer was on the radio but Aldo seemed to know him.
Little by little though more and more stories are leaking out and a lot of them have a very similar tale to tell which may mean they are the truth, it may not. However it does seem that all is not well in the dressing room between manager and some players.

Wum -  is the capital of Menchum division in the Northwest Province of Cameroon.

Wum lies on a plateau at an elevation of about 1100 m near the edge of the western highlands of Cameroun. It is 50 km north of the provincial capital Bamenda (80 km by dirt road). It lies near Lake Wum, one of five small crater lakes within 15 km of the town in the hilly, volcanic landscape. Lake Nyos, a crater lake from which a limnic eruption killed nearly 2000 people in 1986, is 25 km to the east.

In 2007 Wum's estimated population was 75,582

Just read your piece now Saint. Im not going top read all the :censored: arguments that have gonew on inbetween but I just hope its :censored:. I can recall only a few weeks ago,Rafa was talking to the press about how much he loved this club and the supporters and wants to stay beyond his copntract end date. Did this incident happen prior to that? I would hate to think that Rafa is that sly to say one thing to us and then in secret have all this formulated.

Anyway im just going to bury my head in the sand and hope for the best.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

Not surprisingly you seem to have a complete failure to grasp sarcasm as well as a problem with "puntuation"   :rasp

I don't know Bav to me it just indicates that there are a lot of problems at the club at the moment.

On similar lines was this post from Cowtownread off Rawk :-

I am assured that the sale to DIC/and other smaller investors is virtually concluded tonight.

But there are big rifts within our Club.

Present/new owners;  owners/manager.

Owners/manager/certain players.

Owners/new manager/players;

Supporters.

We still face a very uncertain period.  We need to expect a bit more turbulence before stability (hopefully) returns.

So lets be prepared for another hectic few months.  I hope all will settle down, and next season all we got to do is concentrate on the on pitch activities.  This season is a write off, but if all gets sorted in the next week or two, as it appears it will..  then expect comings and goings for a bit.

People in our Club have tied their flags to masts, and there will be winners and losers.  I'm not trying to be cryptic, but when the ownership saga is resolved, other issues remain.

Players will leave or be sold for example.  Don't ask, but all of you know that the current situation will be resolved with casualties.

From SSN...

Jose Reina insists that Rafael Benitez still has the full support of the Liverpool dressing room.

Reports had suggested that the Reds' squad had become split between those who were in favour of the Spanish coach remaining at Anfield and those who felt that it was time for a new man to come in.

Spanish keeper Reina has refuted those claims and believes that the players are as determined as ever to help their boss overcome the debate raging over his future.

"I can tell you that there is no split in the dressing room. Anybody who reports that is lying," Reina said.

"The dressing room has been absolutely together and we have all been very strong in the bad moments.

"That is how it should be and how it is.

"One of the good things to be seen from this period is how strong the players are together. It has been one of our secrets since I joined Liverpool."

Reina did admit that the continuous speculation suggesting that Benitez is on borrowed time on Merseyside has begun to take its toll on the players.

"Everything that happens at a club can influence what happens in games," he said.

"But as players we have to do our best to concentrate and play football.

"Everything else, the comments, the rumours, have to be set apart from the football but that can be difficult.

"We have shown that we can perform under pressure though. We have the spirit to do that and in the next few weeks we must continue to show it.

"The manager has maintained the calm despite all the bad reports because in the end his philosophy is all about hard work.

"He tells us the harder we work on the training ground the better we will be able to compete in games.

"Rafa supports the players totally. He has been successful at Liverpool and, for me, there can be no doubts about him."

Good news from Reina, I would have preferred it coming from Gerrard or Carra but anything positive is a bonus at the moment

Until one of our players comes out publicly and states that there is a problem akin to some of these rumors, then I'll just as safely dismiss them as absolute bollox. There's a lot of drama queens out there adding to all the hysteria.

There were a lot of "drama queens" warning of the problems between Rafa and H&G as well mate , but somehow its managed to become the favourite excuse for the pro-rafa brigade for our failures this season. Like most I don't know whats going on, and like most I will probably never know the truth of what has gone on even when its over. I do find it rather ironic that the very same people that said the problems between Rafa and H&G were a load of rubbish,  are now the loudest in using that very same "rubbish" to defend Rafa.

Just try reading back through this thread mate, its certainly worth a laugh or two, especially when you read what those very same people now write about why we haven't made a title challenge.
