King Carra wrote:Ciggy are you saying that the players don't support Rafa anymore? Where's the proof?

I don't believe that tbh. Doesn't make the slightest but of sense. I know footballers aren't the brightest sparks in the word but you'd have thought they'd have the brains to confront the owners or speak out the press instead of not trying on the football field. Oh wait, even better, maybe Liverpool are involved in match fixing???

I have been saying that for sometime, most of our players have had enough of "is Rafa going to take a job in spain " " a close friend"

Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez:
"We had chances but couldn't take them.

"We started really well and in the second half we had a lot of possession and to lose following a counter attack in the final minute is disappointing.

"For them to score from a penalty so late on was terrible. We now need to think about the next game."

I know what the big shocker is...

...Rafa is actually a robot and he's broken now!! It's obvious really, he keeps spouting the same shite after every game lately.

mascherano looks amazing for argentina, west ham didnt play him so you cant judge him on his west ham form........not improved under rafa

pennant - far more effective winger at birmingham

kewell - awful under rafa

kuyt - came a good striker is now a woeful striker

alonso - when he came was wanted by many, these days i cant see those same teams wanting him

riise - good before rafa, now awful

sissoko - came with great promise, didnt improve and luckily we made a profit

benayoun - kinda stayed the same, the goals have papered over the cracks with him

Finnan - steady under Rafa.

Mascherano hasn't improved?

Ridiculous statement.

Pennant? He played better at Birmingham because they're at a significantly lower level to us.

Kewell, he's constantly crocked.

Kuyt, decent first season, this season very poor.

Alonso, Barcelona wanted him last season.

Riise, never been brilliant, no worse or better under Rafa. This season - woeful.

Sissoko, annihilated Chelsea, Barcelona and Arsenal at different times. A cracking player on his day, he never seemed to recover his best form though. Came in for £5.6m, left for £8.2m. A definite improvement overall.

Benayoun, early days under Rafa with him.

i will support rafa as long as he is here, but if he has lost the dressing room with all this stuff going on, then its gonna be hard turning back from that. ciggy saying what she is saying has got me thinking that if it were any other club with the goal of winning the premiership only.....the manager would be on the way out in my eyes.....maybe its the emotions of losing, or everything being built upto this point, or constantly reading depressed fans views.....but it certainly don't look good right now, for rafa or the club

On another site they are saying that Gerrard refused to play on the wing when Lucas came on. Anyone see that?

mascherano at the world cup?

much better than the mascherano at liverpool

so saying he hasnt improved under rafa is fair.

That would explain why rafa isnt happy.

When I watch mascherano in argentine shirt he actually looks more than a ball winner.

what did rafa say?

It will all come out in the wash when he has gone.

And people will be shocked when they hear it.

???

What the heck are you talking about?

Come on Ciggy, this is to much to bear.  Tell us!!!

It's not rocket science. Rafa will either be sacked or will walk very, very shortly.
