The players have to shoulder their share of the blame, they're the ones on the pitch playing. You can't instantly bypass them and go straight for the manager. Everybody at the club has to shoulder responsibility for this season, it's one of the strangest seasons I've ever witnessed.

Reina, Arbeloa, Gerrard, Pennant, Aurelio, Alonso, Mascherano. He cannot be blamed for injurys setting certain players back.
