Man Utd with their 500 squillion pounds of debt? (and their premersip titles)

Chelsea with their bubble?  ( with theirs)

Newcastle with.....well....they have too many problems to mention. ( at least there owners have money to spend cos ours dont)

Man Utd - And why exactly do they have a Premiership title? Because their manager knows how to instill a winning mentality in the team and they play superb football. It's not all about splashing the cash.

Newcastle - Yes, money to spend on Barton, Viduka, Smith and other world-class players.

Ronaldo looked expensive at 12mil but look at him now. Rooney, Tevez, Anderson. They are all expenisive but they are top class players. We have a few too but we need more.

12M is nothing. It's about how we have spent money and what we do with players after we have them. Ronaldo was a poser originally, but gelled with the team, and I'm sure Fergie had a role in that.

How long did it take Arsene Wenger to put together the present Arsenal team and they are light years ahead of us in the Prem.

We dodged a bullet there. You should be thanking Newcastle.

I AM right. It's not about splashing cash.

We spent 14M on Cisse, the player you named yourself after, and he was shyt.

It's one thing to buy an expensive player, but another to use the properly and shape them into a successful team. Fergie has been building Premiership winning teams since the days Souness was fooking everything up at LFC

Erm...they didn't build that debt by buying players.

That was placed upon them when they were bought by the Glazers.

Where not the only ones who hate him this Texas Rangers supporter has nailed it in one. I copied this from there site there disscusing the :censored: aswell

dont mean to ring the same bell, but *ding* *ding* *ding*..Hicks lack of interest in the Rangers is apalling. The fans who follow the Rangers, and who are constantley let down have every right to chirp at the ownership. I'm sure Tom Hicks would agree on some degree. Lucky for Hicks, the Rangers have loyal fans who will never leave the Rangers, and I believe Hicks exploits us by not showing the interest and dedication to winning that we deserve.. Every great owner in any sport competes for the fan(s). Hicks doesn't look to compete for our pride as Ranger fans. He has shown he is much more interested in the net worth of the organization. Example, it's like a real estate investment. You know how you buy a house, decorate it, rent it out, wait til it increases in value, then sell it for profit? That is basically what Hicks is doing to the Rangers.

Yes, because they had never won a title before they signed those guys right?

How much did they buy Eric Cantona for?

How much did they buy Ryan Giggs for?

How much did they buy Peter Schmeichel for?

I'll tell ya, collectively about 2M

You speak of ronaldo but avoid mention of the total cost of the present manure team which negated your original statement of "its not about splashing the cash"

you talk of wengers PRESENT team but avoid how long it took to build his past teams ! DID wenger achieve instant success at the gooners??

as for OWEN he was a class player that seems to have been crocked> that doesn't alter the point that fu.kin NEWCASTLE were given enough cash to outbid us for a player we wanted does it ??
