Be a bit tricky telling him to wind his neck in. Sounds like he will make an effort though as he mentioned discipline in his interview. IF he behaves he should prove a good aquisition and it was impressive to hear hes come for less money.

Great stuff, glad we've finally got one striker signed up. Bellamy could be a great signing for us.

Now we just need to wrap up the alves deal which could be done by early next week and then we need another striker.

I know you've all probably read the interview but i did find this line quite entertaining- i'm sure he'll be saying something different to his missus when he gets home!!
"I just got married last month and that was obviously one of the highlights of my life but this is on par with that – I know the missus might not be happy with me saying that but it's true! It's a dream come true to sign for the club I supported as a boy and to actually play for Liverpool will be an enormous honour. I'm a very proud person at the moment"

Well cant say he would have been my first choice
But nows that its official, hope it works a dream and time to focus on the positives of a player proven in the Premiership who we have signed for a fairly decent price
