Liverpool v Wolves- Farewell Herr Klopp!

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby electrum » Sun May 19, 2024 3:07 pm

It's Klopp's final game as Manager of  Liverpool Football Club. It's the end of an era..how can you know you are going to miss someone so much that you've ever met??

Team to play Wolves: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Quansah, Van Dijk, Robertson, Endo, Mac Allister, Elliott, Salah, Gakpo, Diaz

We MUST send him out on a high...3-0 to the mighty reds.

It's going to be surreal when that final whistle blows today. Some of the stuff i seen in the last week has been very emotional. He is honestly a great man, a good guy who absolutely loves this fooking club  :buttrock He's family and we will always be with him and show him that he will indeed "Never walk alone" .

Thanks for the memories Juergen. Good luck with everything you do in the future. But just remember wherever you go it won’t compare to the Land of the Kopites !!!

Yes it hasn't sunk in yet that he won't be in the dugout next season.

Sad day for the club.

Hope Klopp goes out on a win. But not sure I can forgive the way some of our players have given up on the league, FA Cup and Europa.

Commentator on the channel I'm watching says Klopp is only second to Paisly with trophies in our history. That can't be right can it?

Kinda surprised if the old gang (Bobby, Sadio, Milnie, Gini, Fab, Hendo etc) did not come back to send Klopp off

Well, it's over. We had some lovely times with Jurgen but sadly the first thing that comes to mind is "Sh*t, we should have won more with this man". It is truly amazing we won anything at all considering our finances and what we had to compete against, but I wish we won at least one more PL or CL.

History will always remember that, it’s typical Klopp. When ever did an old manager make a chant for the incoming manager in front of supporters??  Stuff of legends!

I had a spec of dust in my eye at the end of the game.
