Why would a judge grant that restraining order after he was refused leave of appeal? What's he paid of some hick judge.

Dan Roan

The question now is what jurisdiction this temporary restraining order from a Dallas Court has over the Board.

OMG they have on SSN restraining order, how is this possible? How can a Texas court block it? When our judge stopped them from doing so.

help please Reg do they have a right?
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

I doubt they will have or be granted jurisdiction. Litterally last throw of the dice, all delaying tactics

I guess the holding companies might come under Texas juristiction but the loan is against KOP holdings which is an English company governed by English law, so this makes no bloody sense to me now.
Hicks is really becoming a pain in the :censored: now, why doesn't he just fecking give up, he's lost anyway, it's just a matter of time.

Anyway if we are shifting this over to US law then we should all, as fans, sue Hicks for emotional distress, I mean if some fat American bint could sue McDonalds because coffee is hot without having a warning label then we should win easily.  :D

Agreed it seems weird that a US court could affect a British sale and judgement. I imagine it is aimed at NESV, preventing them as a US venture to complete the purchase.

Unlikely, unless NESV for some weird reason is based in Dallas, I doubt this is a federal ruling, actually I doubt it is much of anything at all.
