I was saying a couple of years ago that there should have been a boycott of the ground, every entrance with a picket on it to make sure nobody goes in. The most sensible option now is for people to invade the pitch and do a sit down protest at every Home game. A hundred or so punters linking arms ought to be able to get the game called off I should think, and that would be a start.

In all seriousness though, it's high time the government stepped in, or at the very least the useless c...s at the FA. The man can't pay and won't pay, so he should be fecked off out of football and the country for good.

Let me ask you this to answer your own questions: what are YOU prepared to do if Hicks manages to get a further hold of the club?

I also meant I think Hicks HAS underestimated the fans.

What I'm saying is how much will it hurt the Americans and the club financially if only 5000 boycott matches or stage demonstrations?

What will I do? Write letters, get in contact with other fans over what is being planned, join protests, show support against the Americans.

Good. Then don't worry about whether or not something is going to have an impact so long as you try yourself. Eventually more people will wake up when it gets bad enough and maybe they'll follow suite. Eventually something will give.

The only hope i have left now is that Hicks would still (as far as i can gather) have to under go the New FA fit and proper owners test if he takes over as sole owner. Now i know the FA are dumb feckers but surely he wouldn't be allowed to pass!!!!!

I think it's time the fans stopped going the match, it's the only thing we can do to hurt them.It is going o get a lot worse before it gets better so lets TAKE ACTION!!

O'Neill 'set to become Liverpool boss'

Martin O’Neill could be set to replace Roy Hodgson as Liverpool manager, according to reports.

The former Aston Villa and Celtic manager is wanted by two of the consortiums currently interested in an Anfield buyout.

That could mean Hodgson being dumped after just four months in charge at Anfield.

Current Anfield co-owner Tom Hicks would keep the former Fulham boss if his plan to buy out partner George Gillett goes ahead.

But other interested parties would replace him with Northern Irishman O'Neill.

Not saying its true but it would be Naive to think any potential new owners wouldnt be looking to get there own man in.

I mentioned this a long long way back.

If we get new owners they need to put up or shut up with roy. I dont want the hughes style dead man walking thing. Everyone knew he would get fired even him was just a matter of time.

Ill do what everyone else has decided to do Lakes ,just like i always have , What ever the option is to finaly finish these two off i will be there , I will be attending the meeting on Teus so lets see what comes of that

Load of sh!te that, I would rather have hodgson, I don't like O'neil and if we got new owners in which isn't going to happen anytime soon they hopefully would go for a bigger name in management
