I'm anti - destroyers and 'these' american's have destroyed US.. we are in turmoil and all you ppl care about is the American Flag.. I say burn that which makes a point, there is  hatred for what these have done.. H&G will know that message clearly now,  cos appealing to them has not worked - that is clear.

zara, it isn't the flag burning that has upset people. It is the fact it makes us look like a bunch of idiots.

What if i were to tell you that there was another american group interested in our club...a group who would have paid off our debts and moved us forward?  What if i was then to tell you that they have turned their attentions elsewhere because of the amount of racist bile that's been put out over the last couple of years?

No it doesn't. It only seems that way to people like you and lakes who try to skew the view and turn it into something that isn't there.

As for your last point if they were serious about buying the club they wouldn't have let a few slogans put them off after all they should be equally hard nosed businessmen right? If they had any brains they would know that this is all a direct concequence of the current owners breaking every promise they have ever made.

NO MATE ITS NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL.

i try to see the wider image of the club and its fans, for years we got a bad name in the press for something that happend over seas,  then when we lost 96 loved ones the press put the blame onto us again, we have had a fight to show how wrong they are and the scum they are....lets not undo the good work doneby us fans. liverpool fans burning anything is not a good image to see.

get the owners out by use of Wit And Wisdom and you will win friends along the way.

Sorry but wit or wisdom? They are killing this club and have just forced out one of the best managers in Europe. Are the fans supposed to just prance around whilst these 2 continue to drag the club down? This is war mate! They should never step foot in Liverpool again. They need to be made to fear for their lives so they can see how they have ruined this club. I couldn't give 2 :censored: about a bunch of namby pansy americans cut up about burning a flag.

Keep burning them until they start getting stick in their own country and town ect...

One thing I'll say that people will probably dislike is that the firing of Rafa has a possibility of being a very good thing for the club.  Like it or not the man had problems with players, the fact that no one apart from Reina and Masch have said anything positive about him should put that speculation to an end.  IF handled the right way this could be the start of something really good for the club, maybe it had to do with finding new owners.  Time will tell but ever the optimist I will always hope for the best even in the most dire situations.

And Lakes/Kewell just drop it, some people here just do not get it and never will.

I have a question I'd like people to respond to, if the firing of Rafa and hiring of a new manager proves to be vital in the selling of the club.. Will the owners that everyone hates get any credit for doing something in the club's best interest?  Or was it all because of Purslow/Broughton?  Was the firing of Rafa even the owner's decision or Purslow/Broughton?  Rafa was not bigger than the club and if firing him equals new owners, more funds, new stadium etc etc then I'll take it.

Maybe he didn't get on with some players. But to say this could be the start of something good is way off the mark. We need to heavily invest in new players, something we will not be able to do no matter who steps in.

After the way Rafa has been mucked about do you really think anyone would even want the job? It's so bad Sky are making up stories now about Redknapp with not a single quote.

On yoru last point, let's see them sell the club first before seeing who gets what credit eh?
