Add Simao and Vidic to that list too. Spot on though, I find it funny that people are critical of Rafa's transfer record when most of the time he has had to shop at bottom of the pile. It's gotten so bad that over the last few years there are at least 2 to 3 freebie players in the squad too. Voronin, Degan, kyrgiakos... and now this Jovanovich.

And people wonder why we have slipped behind the rest. 

David Luiz is another Bav, countless players earmarked by Benitez only for a club who are not afraid to trust their manager  snatch them away ...... so sad  really    he must be one frustrated man

in games other teams knw how we are going to play, they know when we are going to make sub, they know that if they come at us hey have a good chance, they know if its still 10 to us in the 80th theres a good chance they will make it 1-1.
the manager has taken 103 players to the club 59 of them with the idea they are going to make the first team....yet not many have made it, that also needs to be looked into.

if Rafa stays at the club then he needs more help in buying the right type of players for the club.
