Liverpool fans used to stand together get these tw@ts out of our club 500 million pounds worth of debt they have saddled us with.

Direct your anger and hatred at them !!!

See there lies the difference Cigg you have stated your case without any defamitary remarks against Benitez, Thats why i tend to jump on me high horse sometimes an defend him,ok loads want Rafa out and loads including myself want him to stay but it really hurts me when you see some of our fans and thats why i will call them whoppers using derogitory phrases or direpectful words in calling for the managers head, thats why i get the hump. I have not got a problem with anyone who thinks We would be better under a new manager what i have got a problem with is anyone who thinks that we will be ok while these to are still here under a new manager , i just cant get me head around that ,

there image  is still far too aggressive for me......and for the likes of the BBC, Sky and over press outlets.

on the other hand i do talk to them and have exchanged ideas, I have also passed information onto them about the owners and other things.

untill they look less aggressive i will support them but only from a far.

Well your helping out Lakes , your doing your bit and that's fair enough . It's just that i think you would have a better chance of getting the union to change to your way of thinking from within . No one agrees on everything mate , we have to reach a concensus mate inside the union and go from there .

Nanny saying that Rafa is not up to the job is not a defamitary remak, its a fact, just look at our results this year.

I have no problem with Rafa as a person, yes i think he is wrong to talk to other clubs when he is under a big contract but i understand why he would have done it with the owners we have, but that dont make up for his own mistakes as manager of our club. pure football mistakes.

In six months, the Benitez era will seem like a golden age
...

That is exactly how I feel Nan... Thanks for posting this and glad to know that there are others who feel like this... I keep saying if we go for lesser managers we will end up like Newcastle and kept being shot down for it or told "you don't know that..."

I know some people want a change in manager no matter what... I say stick with Rafa until we get a proper credible replacement who we are at least sure on paper that he can do better than Rafa...

Lakes im not  sayin anthing about anyone who wants him out because they dont believe he is up to the job, thats fair enough, no problem but i do tend to go on the defensive side of him even if he has made mistakes which i admit there has been many, When instead of just giving a fairish explanation you get some of our fans calling him allsorts that i cant take and as i said when i hear things like that i do tend to Yes im admitting stand up for him.
Take forinstance a game this season cant remember who it was but we were playing woeful, Rafa made a change which i didnt agree with like plenty around me didnt ,but you had a couple of fellas in front of me calling him allsorts ,an i mean bad, even the lads who do want a change jumped on there case an told them to behave there fecking selves . One of the nicest comments they made was  I wish the Americans would feck him off and bring so an so in , Yeh An then everything is gonna be hunky dory, Im sorry but when i hear our fans like this wether Rafa is right or wrong it gets my back up and ill defend him, even if i think hes wrong myself, This situation is not gonna go away by just bringing in a new manager , Because the problem will still be here , Your just gonna get a different set of supporters saying the same things about him. And sadley to say that is what we have become,

OK are we all joining S.O.S - how (soz missed the discussion)

I too want Rafa to go - I think his position is now untenable.

Pressing is the survival of our club as an istitution and making us competitive as a world force, again.

We must NOT lose our prised assests ( players - the ususal susects) - or we will not be able to build on the solid foundations left.

I Say thank you Rafa - for trying with all your heart - in the most difficult of circumstances Thank you - for a moment you almost gopt us there !
THE BRENDAN REVOLUTION IS UPON US !

KING KENNY.. Always LEGEND !

RAFA.. MADE THE PEOPLE HAPPY !

Miss YOU Phil-Drummer - RIP YNWA

I am with you on that Nan, i dont like name calling.
but i also understand that sometimes the things Rafa has done can make some members say things that they would not say if they had not taken 10 mins to think about it.....but football is not like that.

Nan it's all very well saying you haven't used the "C", plenty have. To be honest, I don't give a feck about the abuse because nine times out of ten it's off total fecking knob-jockeys anyway, it's more the fact that people who support the manager seem to think it gives them the right to the moral high ground all the time which fecks me off. All this "and I'll be interested to see how people vote" sh!t, and as far as this particular forum is concerned people being banned for doing absolutely feck all other than voicing an opinion which is contrary to that which the moderators hold/held at the time (and I'm talking from personal experience here).

By all means back Benitez, not a problemo with any of that. Wish/hope/believe all you like (and naturally as I think we are stuck with him for a while yet I hope you're right), but it DOES NOT MEAN if somebody has concluded that we could do better with a different manager that they either support the owners or are by definition fecking stupid/not a real fan etc etc.

I rarely bother fecking debating the subject any more because it does my head in to be honest. When you have one side of the debate denying everythinjg, regardless of what is so fecking obvious it might as well be the nose on your clock it becomes pointless.

I've never called the manager any names, and very few of the people who think we need a change have. I just think he's royally fecked it up under admittedly difficult circumstances, sure he's a nice guy and all that but that's irrelevent. Anyhow, I'll join the union and all that, for all the difference it'll make on here.

One last thing which does my fecking head in. All this "well inside the ground and in the pubs around the ground people still support Rafa". Well they fecking would do woulddn't they? If I was going to the matches I'd support Rafa inside the ground as well, because I support the team. I'd almost join in the Raffer-raff-eye-elles (not quite though anymore) that the die hards desperately try and drum up every five minutes. That's why they stopped mass voting at union meetings. If five thousand hairy ersed steelworkers say aye and stick their hands in the air, so do you. So in short, all this "all the fans in the ground" sh!t is exactly that, total sh!t. Even if I was the only person in the World that thought we should get rid of Benitez so what anyway? I'm the only person in the World who buys into my theory about the owners needing Rafa as much as he needs them so he stays, but it doesn't bother me a jot, why should it.

Mick as you know i am a Rafa supporter the man has eaten away at me heart cant help it. who knows maybe he is gonna break it an ill finaly put me hands up in submission, there are loads inside the ground an the pubs before an after the game though who dont back Benitez but there priority same as mine is getting rid of the other two first. My two best mates at the match have slated Rafa for months now , not good enough, has to go . They are die hard members of SOS since it began.so because they want rid of Rafa that dosnt make sense in what you have just said, about being againt the manager your in bed with the Americans.

Its the abuse i cant stomach Mick that the man takes , it not only turns my stomach to hear our own fans doing this but even lads who want Benitez gone, It just gets me back up even when he has been at fault an i know in me heart hes to blame a mist comes over an the faults get put to the back of my head and ill defend him against this abuse , Why because i respect the man. And he should never come in for some of the abuse that i have heard. Sometimes i do wish he would just go,and leave us all to get on with it , Maybe its better for the sanity of everyone , But whoever comes in is still gonna have the same problems while the other two are here and it wont be long before that manager comes in for the same abuse, Sadly that is the some of the type of support we have attracted to the club, I cant say anything honestly than that .

Nan, the abuse he has taken is out of order, but thats why hes on 4 million a year... every player manager linesman and ref gets abuse, unfortunately its all part of the game
