Daftest question of the night

'Gary, did they throw it away?'

people, it's been emotional. Let's see what happens Wednesday...City's to lose now. If they lose, they deserve it less than us :-)

This is fcked up. Manager should have realized that goal difference wasn't going to win it...

Lack of experience... From the players AND the manager...

2 critical mistakes from Rodgers in 2 of our most important games... We have got to get better...

Congratulations to Man city for being handed the title on the platter.

Pathetic result ! Rodgers need to answer questions about his neglect of defence tactics!

indeed glorious collapse :(
It looks like the little engine which couldn't ,Gerrad and Lucas looked utterly pathetic and Johnson...just killed us.
Still to receive 3 from the weakest attack in the PL in our most important game of the season...Heartbreaking.

Well that's it then... Rodgers should have put Agger in instead of Moses... We were chasing for more goals... but our defensive players' legs were gone...Johnson was just useless defensively... should've closed shop after 3 goals...

It's the experience & mentality of the players that let us down today...we didn't respect Palace and wanted so much to get more goals which might not make any difference anyway. Instead of leaving the work to City to earn their title, we gave it to them. Lack of discipline and leadership I must say...

Maybe it's better this way, enough with the pressure, we actually over-achieved this season. Congrats to ALL of our players, they gave their best (11 games unbeaten? unbelievable), let's start getting ready to the next season with champions league football!

I agree and this is where ,it kills me to say it ,Gerrard totally failed ,no presence no impact no leadership.

Johnson's deflection gave them the first goal, Flano ball watching gave them the second and we leave Skrtel to do the rest :(

Great team, weak spine. Defence need an overhaul and we need a leader at the back.

Rodgers had done a tremendous job to get the team this far... but we probably needed someone like Rafa for the final 3 games...

Perhaps but it all boils up to a paper thin squad and our existing weakness points. Not having Henderson has proven to be quite a blow especially in a game as today when we had no one which met Palace pace and energy in the dying moments of the game ,add to that an embarrassing RB and an exhausted/slow duo of Lucas and Gerrard and their is your recipe for disaster.
