also, that tackle on ngog was an absolute disgrace. probably the worst tackle i've seen all season. he's lucky he walked away from it. :angry:

I dont understand why UEFA dont ban inflammatory banners such as the 2 x ULTRAS banners on display at the front last night.

I dont understand why UEFA haven´t taken firm action against Napoli after the fans were stabbed in Naples, YET again Italian football is not repremanded and gets away with it.

I dont understand why UEFA dont allow tv referees in the stand who would have seen that leg breaking tackle on Ngog and given an automatic red card.

For me, UEFA are worse than feckin' useless. Worse than feckin' Poulsen even.

I was pleased to see Lucas come on, which is more of a sign of how bad Poulsen is, more than how good Lucas is. However, he played well, and was instrumental in the 3rd goal. I do think Lucas is growing into a decent player.

Poulsen is shocking. Even in the "slower" euro games he is only visible when messing something up. Please keep him away from the team.

Spearing and (more so) Shelvey showed we have enough back up in midfield. Shelvey could be the future of our midfield for the next decade or more.

I am encouraged by the amount of youngsters starting to break through now.

Ngog is also looking like a player.

My God, this is a positive post.

First half was woeful, but second half terrific. We just have to convince the team that they are allowed to play (and win) without Stevie.

Three wins on the bounce cannot be dismissed, and augers well for Sunday, although I do fear we will get mullered.

All in all, we are in a much better place than two weeks ago.

Lets get something straight - two wrongs do not make a right. Anyone who goes out of their way to attack another human being because of the football team he supports or the place he is from is a total scumbag end of. Even if LFC fans were stabbed last week, whats the chances that those same fans were the ones who "got what was coming to them" last night? f*cking nil is what. Football violence, as well as any kind of unprovoked violence is disgusting and if you participate you should be jailed.

the ONE banner that stood out for me was the bob paisley banner that someone,or many people took time to arrange with the poppy on his chest -speaks volumes beyond anything any other supporter around the world if they didn't understand,doesn't deserve any respect what so ever!

as for putting in bold- comments about our working class hero "john lennon" you are the one that is really out of order & disgusts me & i'm sure thousands of other people in the great city of liverpool likewise!

racism is never accepted,in any walk of life end of! but for you to post acusations about a hole city & our FC THEN THAT IS ALSO UN-ACCEPTABLE!
