Not his best, prefer it if he wasn't appealing for every decision

Just play your football Luis !

Half-time couldn't have come in a better time. We were getting nervy at the end, and although we deserve the lead (should have probably scored one more), we have also been very lucky in a few occasions (the penalty shout and the goal line clearance for instance). We're on the right path though. Come on guys, let's hold on for one more half!

Emotional first half.. Really had control until that last 10 or so minutes- after we scored the second. We need to make sure we're putting our opportunities away tho.. Sturridge's miss was not good. I think Sturridge has been absolute garbage. He's been off in almost every single aspect, and if we can score a third or even start struggling, I can see him going for Agger or Lucas. I think our CB's have been pretty good, Sterling's been great and Coutinho is playing some really strong defense. Great first half from MIgnolet as well, as he seems to be playing with a lot more confidence. Both Suarez and Gerrard've been strong, and you can see how much these guys want this.

The crowd is doing well, making sure city always know they're there. We need to get the passing in the back sorted up so we stop putting pressure on ourselves, and keep looking for that counter attack.

Roberto Martinez is making a very good point about the width and how that if Man City could switch the play quick enough. Says that the diamond could be a risky formation defensively because there were a few instances where Navas was completely unmarked on the right wing along with Zaba.
