Tremendous win and history were in making, the credit goes to all players and Klopp too for preparing the team for this game, I thought that Elliot was outstanding in the first half to lift the rest of the players when things weren't coming off,  Fab, Hendo, Gakpo, and Nunez had excellent games. Well done my favourite player Mo Salah for breaking Robbie Fowlers record of most goals scored for Liverpool during the Premier League era...he really is a wonderful player...I Love him
I thought the referee was awful and very weak two players of the United should have been sent off!

We must keep this level of performance for the rest of the season, and we should achieve a sublime outcome.

Probably the best part of the match. The crowd were singing his name all match and that will probably his best highlight of his whole career. It was perfectly scripted.

Important that we build on this, Bournemouth showed against Arsenal that they aren’t going to go gentle into that good night without a fight so we need to show the same intensity against them as we did against United. As for Madrid, get the first goal in that game and everyone in football will be thinking the same thing - “Oh here we go, this mob are up to their old tricks again, this could get interesting…..”

Yup Bournemouth will be tricky and also the next 3 fixtures after that. We've got a tough run ahead of us.

Still buzzing about this game. A historical 7-0 against the scum, our archnemesis and in a season like this. I'm happy it happened in such a weak season for us and an apparently strong season for them, because it shows that we went easy on them with the 4-0 and 0-5 of last season when we were a lot stroger. And this season they were like "we're back baby!" when they beat us a few months ago and then went on a good run, people started talking about how they're now the better team and we're going down etc. but this result was like a slap in their face like we're saying "no you're f*cking not, sit down, know your place".

Definitely one of the most pleasurable games I've watched in my life. Hope this has a big impact on them and they fall apart. Again.
