Journalist: Could you give us the injury news first Rafa?

We have some problems. Gerrard still has some problems with his groin so we have to be careful. Johnson has a small tear in his calf so he will not be available. Torres hopefully will be okay. Aquilani has a virus – not swine flu just a virus, and we will see how he is. We are also without Riera, El Zhar and Kelly.

I say that because I don't think Rafa would've have rested Aurelio ahead of the Arsenal game if he wasn't going to start in this one. Other than that, though, it looks about as strong as we can manage.

He has been wrong a couple of times mate.

But right about 8/10 i reckon.

See ye point though cant see why Aurellio wouldnt be in, he was class against united and rested midweek.

this is going to be a very hard game with so many players out, this is the type of game we have prblems getting the players up for.

i think a 0-2 win. benni then kuyt, my instincts tells me we are gonna win ugly. our team is more than strong enough to win.
