I'm not a fan by any means, but he's really not that bad. Granted I would take a £6m-£8m for his services.

I'm sure we'll be able to once Rodgers gets to grips with his project and signs the appropriate players.

sorry but did you see him miss the open goal, how about all those ***** crosses he put in. Our B team really is incredibly sh!te but it's clear we don't give a cr@p about the cups this year, which I actually agree with.

Brendan has to focus on some shooting practice in training because everyone in the team is terrible at shooting at goal, and yes i actually include Suarez in that. BTW So sad to see Stevie become a more and more average player.

I didn't expect us to win in all honesty.

Michael Laudrup is a brilliant manager and has signed some brilliant players, I wish them all the best and hope that they go on to win the cup.

Agreed, but aside from Wisdom I think they are all injured. Still, that didn't mean he had to play Cole - that was always going to be a mistake.

That is two poor performances in a row really. We failed to assert any dominance over Everton or Swansea for long periods of both games. I should've gone back to bed when I couldn't get a stream to work in the first half...

Their two CB's should have been both sent off. Lee Mason bottled it, no doubt for fear of persecution from Mr Ferguson and his cronies.

I had no view on whether we'd win because in the big scheme of things and CL finish, the league cup is not important.

So what.

Absolutely. We had to win something last year and went close to a cup double
