I was going to suggest maybe is it worth trying Johnson at right midfield with Kelly at right back, guess the left back problems mean that isn't going to happen.

Gotta agree with ya there Lee, we have got to go out all guns blazing in every game we play from now till the end of the season, all this resting players in bullsh*t. They need to regain the confidance with each other and that only comes with games. Full strength team every game from now on Roy.
From Shankly to Brendan we follow our team, Rome to Istanbul we've all lived the dream. Our journey is long, our goal stays the same, to keep for our children the famous red name.

Rocky, you excel at being a div.

why am i a div if we were fighting for the title or even the top four i could understand it. But were not so why not play our best team and play them week in week out and get some confidence back.

Rocky you wrote it as if we should be prioritising Europe over the league. Europa is not more important than a top 4 finish.

I'd imagine with Konchesky and Fabio injured he doesn't want to risk Agger so is saving him for the league.

no i meant whats the point of putting a weakened side out in europe getting knocked out then what we left with cos we want finish in the top four thats obvious.
