why would you object to how long someones posts are?

objecting to someones opinion is what a forum is all about but the length of their post?
if its painfully long dont read it

or is that to SIMPLE for you?

That is why I said go back to long posts as I DO NOT read them.

Not very clever are you (or should I say you are clever since you like sarcasm so much)

By the way, I think you meant TOO simple for you.

Other than that      :sleepy:

I can't beleive this guy is still in the team. He should have been dropped a long time ago.

Painfully long posts? Perhaps Kaz perhaps. Good post that as well fella.
Gee thanks for that. Not my best but I thank you for the compliment just the same. It is just my opinion. :;):

You go from one extreme to the other and seem to object when I mention it.
Opinions are good Kaz' I've got more than a couple myself.

No objection from me either, you are entitled as anybody else to their opinion. I meant it, relatively it was a good post.

"Painfully.....long....posts".

As opposed to what, not bothering at all perhaps ???  On a Forum of all places? sarcasm attached

It couldn't happen, could it.....so many questions, so much moral high ground to conquer first you see. Yet, so little motivation - the byproduct of such indifference (sighs). Pretty soon, there will be no bugger left making any effort whatsoever. Keep ringing the Division Bell. The 'wayward and the maverick' elements which go towards enhancing the experience will dance to a different tune before the day is done.

Then the conformity of the accepted, the perfunctory 'two-liners' and all the Billy Big Bollox' that can barely communicate beyond primitive semaphore, adept at waving their metaphoric phallic appendages in metre with the occasional utterance along the lines of 'Uggg.. Ummf.. and Blerchhh' of this world can rejoice. Redemption is nigh!....slay the wordsmiths - lock up the 'Tellers of tales' and those who can ....spell!  Good work! (I refer to my previous 'struckthrough') should there be any doubt. No, really.

Though, hang on a cotton pickin' minute............(ahh f*ck it) its too painful to myther with.

Everyone seems to be defending their right to an opinion then complain when I give mine.

I think bigmick is big enough to defend himself and does not need help from the mods. (second time now)

Wrong.

Iam speaking from a similar 'experience' myself mate. Only now that ive seen the same accusation levelled at another member...has my own belated ire been 'unleashed' on the matter in question. You speak from the essence of your own individuality - thats perfectly acceptable (and to be applauded of course). But, the broader aspect here is relevant. Seems that its a clear case of 'Damned if you do - damned if you don't'

Well, from personal recall. I have since chosen to err on the side of economy regards my own endeavors. It will be a crying shame if too many more follow suit....

A mantra that i follow more or less judiciously these days is one i wish i had stumbled upon earlier in my life. That of: 'Its better to say nothing - than say 'anything' for the sake of it'

No offence. (btw - mods? Hell is that about)

Its an intransitive verb commonly used in Northern England meaning (or at least associated with): To make an unnecessary fuss, to moan...or not wishing to venture.

In plain speak - it could easily be translated as.....I can't be ar5ed!
