All that will happen then is more and more "fans" will come over and still sell out the ground. Our fanbase is to big for Anfield not to be sold out, even if the diehard supporters who go week in week out decide to stand outside. Also standing outside gives the impression he has won anyway, because he gets the comforts of Anfield without the grief from the fans.
I won't stop going to the match just because of someyank. It makes me more dertermined if anything to go the match and support the lads. I'm not supporting him, but rather Liverpool Football Club. So I think that not entering the ground on matchdays, is a pretty silly suggestion.
this is the attitude that will see us off mate, it might not be at that point yet but it may come soon and we all have to do our bit.
I'll do my bit, but by standing outside IMO isn't going to help. Alls it means is Anfield gets filled by people who don't love the club and Hicks sits there pretty without the grief from the fans.
Whether we're in or outside the ground on match days the truth is Hicks will still be the owner of this club for the foreseeable future. This club is massive around the world, but only 35% of fans are actually affected by what goes on in the club.
What do you mean by only 35% of fans are actually affected by what goes on in the club?
The name of Liverpool Football Club is huge around the world but not all those who say they support the club are affected and couldn't care less by what goes on. They just support us because of the name, not because of love and that's why it doesn't bother them if we win, lose or draw. Or in fact are owned by a couple of
.35% are genuine fans who are affected and can't bare to see the club in this state. That's what I mean.
