Not got a clue lad. Not one iota of sense, no grip on reality no nothing.
Poor start to the season ?

I thought Foster Gillette was going to do it after Rafa expressed doubts about Parry's ability in the summer?'Rafa, keep focussing on coaching and training because Rick Parry will be in charge of buying and selling players'.
Sounds more like they were telling Rafa not to pick the targets either from that quote!
Again, not unusual for the director of a company to get his managers to concentrate on certain areas of the business they are best at.
The transfer at issue again here is the MAscherano one, and MSI have decided to try and get a lot more money for him to fulfill their investment.

From where have you heard this mate? Not meaning to sound as a smartarse, but isn't this just the usual internet gossip going merry round? I don't think Rafa would openly state which 5 (!) players he was after.

Only read it on NEWSNOW mate, I don't think there was any names mentioned apart from Maschers, but it sounded pretty reasonable to me. We are short of a centre back, if Crouch goes we are a striker down (and I heard last week off a mate that we were after Aguero again). 2 young argies wouldn't surprise me either.

Fair enough. It's just that as you state yourself it all sounds very plausible, which to me suggests that it might just be some guy speculating about what we need as you and I do (btw I agree about Mascher, a defender and for that matter another striker, if said striker is of better caliber than what we have... don't know about more young foreign imports though really). That's not to say that this fella knows anything about it though, he might just be guessing/assuming like ourselves. But let's just wait and see... it's pretty obvious that Rafa wants SOMETHING to happen, on that we can all agree (I think
)

Hicks) will stand for it? Ah, so many questions! I just wish Rafa would not keep going public with it all the time, as I hope he stays on. Fingers crossed the americans don't explode when they hear these next remarks.
