- they come in - all smiles 'custodians sh*t'
- then they tell ya do it our way or hit the road 'Rofar'
- except this 'Rofar' luvs the 'cloob and its fantastic fans' too much so he lets the cat outta the bag  :rasp

I hope Rick Parry or anyone doesnt :censored: it up.

It was rumoured last week that due diligence was taking, or had already taken place Bav. I presume even the earlier bids for 15% or the bid just for Hicks half (if it ever happened)would have necessitated due diligence.

So it may be all systems go for a quick takeover if the two clowns will just sign on the dotted line.

£500Million does seem a very high price though. I can't really see DIC going so high.

Me niether not when they could have bought us for half of that.

just watched them vids that Zara and nanny posted what may sway the yanks into selling is the interest rates will be much higher with the way the market is.

It sounds too good to be true in terms of the speed at which people anticipate this the speed of this takeover if you ask me. But I hope your right.

Also I read DIC wont be put of by increased interest rates as a result of the credit crunch. They are no fools, they have waited patiently observing how these yanks have handled the club probabaly knowing full well that a :censored: up like this was on the cards.

500 Mil is not alot of money for these guys. This is the ruler fo Saudi Arabia we are talking about people. To give you an idea of how influential they are to the economy umm if they pulled out all of their money from the USA many many heads would start rolling. I know its a lot more than what they were previously going to pay but the fact this they knew this would happen - market trends with credit added to the fact that G&H were bound to over inflate the price seeing as they just bought it a year ago. If they were put of by the price they wouldnt have even been sniffing around the club.  :eyebrow

Not sure I understand Dawson, how can they be paying for a loan that H&G would have got?

Buying the club + debt + transfer debt +future debt (maybe not included) would come to less than £350million mate. IE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BORROW MORE , if it was any greater.

£150million seems a hell of a profit for not doing very much.

Positives since takeover :- CL MONEY, TV money has gone up. Transfers Torres an co. Planning permission now approved. DIC welcome with open arms support.

They would all add value to the worth of the club.

Do you know what though it just shows you how much they want LFC if they have made an offer to buy them out . I mean if it was just a football club they wanted to buy when they lost out to the yanks they could of gone an bought anyteam . But no theve hung in there waitin maybe they knew the yanks were in over there heads and was just biding there time.

yeve got to give it to them though coming back in again a second time
