Coutinho - 8 - thought he was excellent before being removed
Henderson - 4 - worked hard but poor final ball
Markovic - 3 - went missing again
Lallana - 6 - played well

Gerrard - 3 - missing (We have to address this situation. Playing Gerrard as a DM caused so many points this season. So why is he back there protecting the defence ?
Lucas - 6 - Doing 2 persons job now. Henderson went through the same $hit babysitting gerrard when he was played alongside him.
Coutinho - 7 - thought he was excellent before being removed
Henderson - 5 - not his best match. But played out of position. We play him further up the pitch alongside mobile strikers....and hendo might do better.
Markovic - 3 - Not fair to him to stick him in an away match during a cold winter day. 
Lallana - 6 - played well
Sterling - 7 - took his goal well

Wow, we're you watching the same game, how can you give Can a 4, he was totally solid in defence and by far our best defender, didn't put a foot wrong, Sakho played well but was beaten in the air a couple of times and had some misplaced passes

Hey boocity bud, sorry but i saw things diiferently to you, i normally like his performances but today wasnt that impressed, he seemed not very composed and flapped a couple of times at the ball

Jones - 3 didn't last long due to the injury
Toure - 5 did ok nothing exceptional
Skrtel - 5  as above
Sakho - 5 did ok
Gerrard - 4 one eye on new york red bulls methinks
Lucas - 5 bit sloppy at times but did his job
Coutinho - 7 again our most creative player
Henderson - 4 rubbish
Markovic - 4  a step backwards today
Lallana - 6  great lad in possession but gets rid of the ball far too early
Sterling - 7  good finish but not before time. if we continue with him leading the line we wont score many.

Substitutes:
Mignolet - 3 he is just a mong. dropping him hasn't made him have a good look at himself
Lambert - 1 he is just total rubbish. Don't know what style he fits but it isn't ours. the cheek of rodgers to have a go at mario when this lad is worse.
Can - 4 did alright but wtf is rodgers at shoehorning players into positions.

JONES - 5 wasn't as bad as some are making out
TOURE - 5 looked a bit edgy I thought, probably his first below par performance since he returned to the side
SKRTEL - 6 you know what you are going to get with Martin - unspectacular but solid
SAKHO - 7 pick of the defenders, may have even been our best player on the day
LUCAS - 4 both him and Gerrard struggled to get to grips with the high energy approach of the Burnley midfield
GERRARD - 4 same as Lucas
HENDERSON - 4 does a job for the team but over hits everything, if he's going to stay out there on a permanent basis he needs to work on his crossing
MARKOVIC - 4 not really his type of game, worked hard though
LALLANA - 6 one of the few players on our side who had any sort of control of the ball today, it seemed to be ricochetting everywhere and we just couldn't get our passing going
COUTINHO - 7 great improvisation for the assist, decent all round game
STERLING - 7 found it tough going due to lack of supply but finish was excellent

SUBS

MINGOLET - 5 some nervy moments with ball at his feet
CAN - 6 did okay I thought
LAMBERT - 5 unlucky with off side goal

SAKHO - 7 My MOTM solid cool great foot work and passing.

GERRARD - 3 weakest player today no show no leadership sad.
HENDERSON - 4 another pathetic display
MARKOVIC - 4 Poor
LALLANA - 6 love his passion must insist on getting more balls through him
COUTINHO - 5 not a good game lacks consistency
STERLING - 5 scored a good goal but really plays with no smarts at all

MINGOLET - 5 shakey but has no contest right now..some really idiotic decisions at times
CAN - 5 was active but not impressive
LAMBERT - 5 positioning is good timing a bit less

Skrtel - 6 did okay but nearly let them back in with a poor header in the area
Sakho - 6 did okay but couple of sloppy passes and out jumped at times

Lucas - 5 left on his own by SG
Coutinho - 8 all our best moves came through him
Henderson - 4 final ball is a total waste
Markovic - 5 needs to man up against more physical opposition
Lallana - 7 played well, very lively
Sterling - 7 poor first half but well taken goal

Lambert - 5 did okay but can't understand how he gets caught offside so much

Jones - 3 ,Didn't look like a thigh strain ,if anything it looked to me like someone had used No Nails on his boots such was the lack of reaction to Ings shot. 
Toure - 5,Looked off the pace, and was unusually a yard or two slower than his fellow defenders.   
Skrtel - 5 He was all over the place in the first half and his positioning decidedly poor.   
Sakho - 7,His distribution and ability to bring the ball out from the back was a key part of why we weren't penned in for the entirety of the game. 
Gerrard - 3 Reduces any player unfortunate to play alongside him to a luggage handler. 
Lucas - 5, When your job description is to provide protection for your defence,you need a colleague  on the pitch who knows what that entails ...see above   
Coutinho - 7, His delightful assist was the only touch of invention the team produced all afternoon.
Henderson - 4, Henderson no more a wing back ,than Gerrard is Pirlo
Markovic - 5 Struggled getting forward ,with the onus placed on him to defend ,quelling his attacking threat
Lallana - 5,Better against Arsenal ,but then they never pushed us back like Burnley inconceivably managed to do.     
Sterling - 6 Good goal ,but his hold up play and first touch were woeful for large parts of the game. 

Substitutes:
Mignolet - 5 Kept us in the game.
Lambert - 3 A striker comes on and changes the game ......What happened to that ?
Can - 7,Looked exceptional at the back ,but then he looks equally as adept in the middle .

can - 7 good game but a lot of errant passes
skrtel - 6 solid stuff again
sakho - 6 heart in mouth stuff when he has the ball and great layoff for siggurddson
manquillo - 6 plenty of heart in that lad
moreno - 7 extra point for the goal and is better suited to that role than markovic
hendo - 7 much better in the centre than at wing back
lucas - 6 blocked well when needed
coutinho - 8 everything positive we do comes through him
lallana - 8 great second goal and worked hard all game.
sterling - 5 really struggling in that role and needs to stop the whinging but i expect thats down to frustration.
