REAL MADRID vs LIVERPOOL

MINGOLET - 8 had a really good game, tremendous display of shot stopping
MANQUILLO - 7 this lad is going to be a hell of a player when he's 24/25
TOURE - 8 a rock at the heart of our defence
SKRTEL - 6 one or two shaky moments but played well
MORENO - 7 both fullbacks were magnificent, both in defence and raiding down the flanks
LUCAS - 7 anchored the midfield superbly
CAN - 7 powerful display from the young German
ALLEN - 6 passing a bit sloppy at times but part of a midfield that pressed high up the pitch and took the game to Madrid
MARKOVIC - 7 caused Madrid problems with his direct running, much more like it!
LALLANA - 7 worked hard and unlucky not to score after a great turn that left the Real defence flat footed
BORINI - 6 worked his @rse off and did well

Yes mate, even 6 for the subs, thought it was tactically OK and had we had better than Borini and Markovic we would have had a chance of snatching something

Mignolet - 7 - good game, especially at the start
Manquillo - 6 - I think he's had better games, and partly at fault for the goal
Skrtel - 6 - did ok
Toure - 7 - good game
Moreno - 6
Lucas - 7 - another good game for Lucas
Can - 6 - starting to get into form
Allen - 5 - useless with the ball
Markovic - 5 - improved greatly as the game went on and had a few promising runs at Real's defenders. Still needs to do better though
Lallana - 6
Borini - 4 - had we a better player up front we would have scored I believe. It's not always down to lack of creativity by the midfield, sometimes they just have no one to pass it to

Mignolet - 7 - done much better past few games, just wish he would catch the bloody ball ffs, stop parrying it
Manquillo - 7 - solid enough, must start instead of GJ
Skrtel - 6 - solid enough
Toure - 7 - very impressed with him after not playing much football, puts pressure on lovren now for chelsea match
Moreno - 6 - did ok, thought he could have done better when up the field
Lucas - 7 - did really well, played it simple
Can - 7 - he is a star in the making, can see him getting to the top of the game
Allen - 5 - not good
Markovic - 5 - he seemed more comfortable at this pace of match
Lallana - 6 - looked ok, made a couple of nice dribbles
Borini - 5 - worked hard but lacking in quality

Subs:
Sterling - 5 - no real impact - would have been different if he started and might have pinched something
