when the top players are mulling over who they want to go and play for next they look at a number of things. how much they are going to get payed, what the chances of silverware are, who they will be playing alongside and who the manager is. right now we cannot offer the most competetive wages, we can't offer a definite shot at silverware, we can't offer the opportunity to play alongside other world class players, and we certainly can't offer the chance to play under an inspiring and respected manager.
one of these factors can be easily addressed by bringin in carlo ancelotti, a legend of the game who as seen and won just about everything. putting yourself into the mind of the modern footballer, and with all due respect to klopp and what he's trying to do, who would you rather play for?

Get up! everybody's gonna move their feet
Get Down! everybody's gonna leave their seat
