I totally understand people wanting to play Kuyt on Sat, with it being a Derby.
But I think Everton looked VERY vulnerable down their left side against Standard Liege, their right winger was getting behind the left back all the time.
For this reason, I'd play Babel; yea, he can play like a sh!thouse but I think he'd have a lot of joy down the right hand side. Gotta exploit their weaknesses; it's Everton who will want more of a scrap. But Rafa wont see it this way - he'll play Kuyt.

Whatever happens on the weekend, I hope it's better than that borefest 1-0 win they played last year. That was one of the most tedious matches I've ever sat through.
They played badly tonight according to most reports, no width, shape, energy, creativity, crossing poor.
Defensively they look very shakey, but at the other end Cahill is back and a definite threat from the air, whilst Saha is a good quality player and played well against Hull.
I really hope Keane breaks his duck this game or at least very soon, otherwise i think Rafa may go back to a 4-2-3-1 and Keane will be left to rot on the bench. And even though we haven't really seen the best of Keane, i like the lad
