dont like this lineup one bit....
unless we make early changes i think we'll struggle going forward and i cant really believe Rafa put Torres on the bench for this one after starting him in the cup... surely he must hav piked up a knock in the cup game orelse its just a fckin stupid decision by Rafa... Hope Kuyt is playing upfront with Keane but cant see it happening... Carra down the right is a weakness for a team looking to go forward.. Dont need 2 defensive players in the middle to stop the likes of Nolan and Mccan surely ?!
Anyways... you never know Bolton have been awful this season and look out of ideas going forward... just need to deal with their crossing and long balls...

Boring performance imo but can see us fighting late to get full points...

Never fancied Carra at RB, solid but doesn't offer anything going forward.

With Kevin Davies playing, its a no-brainer that Carra would be shifted to right back.

As much as I would like Darby to get a start, this isn't the game to do it in.

good to see torres on the bench I didn't think he was ready yet, only problem i'll have with it later is if keane scores twice and gets subbed again!

I think Torres will come on for the last half hour or so Barry. Bring him back slowly, with a full game against Fulham next match.

he played 60 mins or so against Tottenham and hasnt played much this season so surely if he isnt injured and is back to full training he should be getting more time in this game to ease him back into full fitness and playing 90mins...
Should have started surely along with Keane ....

We probably havee too much for Bolton anyways but i think we need to get Torres back to scoring goals as soon as possible and today's game would have been perfect for him... theyr a very strong and physical side and i think the only reason Rafa dropped Torres is because he doesnt want him back in the thick of action against a side like Bolton just yet... Hope he brings him on early though no matter what the score is...

Good 5 minutes for Bolton this, we need to retain the ball better - Aurelio done some good work at the back and needlessly thumped the ball forward and gave it straight back.
