. The most disturbing thing for me is that our weaknesses in the reserves are the same in the first team, no natural wingers who can beat their man and put in a cross and chip in the odd goal. Paul Anderson had a promising start at Swansea but has faded, same with Hammill. El Zhar isn't up to it, niether is flynn or putterill (although he tries really hard) or Crowther or Leto
