Those of us who are not wearing rose tinted specs or are guilty of blind loyalty will see that this was always going to happen
I said long ago that we wouldnt win the league while Rafa was manager
I see no reason to change that opinion

He is stuck in his ways and too stubborn to change

The sad thing is we could have won it if only he would have listened

If managers were god then I would agree this thread was worthwhile.

Only Shanks saved every shot, took every free kick and scored every goal in every game Liverpool ever played - that much we know.

Rafa is not the same man, not as good as Shanks, not as good as Whispering Bob, not as good a coach as Big Ronnie Moran, not as big a presence as Kenny.

Rafa is new generation and by gum he's fighting tooth and nail to drag us to the top whether the owners, press or Whiskeybottle like it or not.

But I dont know whether he is good enough or the team is good enough. Sometimes your best simply isnt good enough.

We were terrible today against Citeh. We are NEVER going to win the league playing shitenzehousen like that. We are not better than Villa, no better than Arsenal, no better than Chelsea and certainly NOT better than MUFC.

So we dont deserve to win the league.

Is that Rafa's fault. Or the owners, or Moores', or GED's.

I dunno but what I do know is this is not the team to take us to heaven - Yossi, Babel, Lucas, Masher off the boil, Torres playing the lone ranger, Reira aimlessly playing down the flank. Its not a structured game plan lads, we're starting to look like a bunch of individuals rather than a team. If Robbie Keane has been there it would have been no better.
     
I dunno lads, I dunno, maybe this squad has gone has far as it can go, but who built it, Rafa or Parry?

My reasons:

1. He has only bought Alonso and Torres, the only players of any quality in FIVE SEASONS!

3. He buys players and does not play them oftem (ie: sissoko, Babel, Bellamy,crouch, Fowler etc)
4. he plays defensive formations every match 4-5-1, and is not brave enough!
5. he sometimes comes out with Houllier type comments.
6. He has had the money to spend. £200m plus.

Utter rubbish.



3. Rafa was practicing rotation long before he came to LFC, and got the job on the back of it - why expect him to change his methods?

He was lucky with valencia at time and the other challenger played absolutely shyte thats why he was successful there.. Check the record for yourself.. Many many draws, replica of whats happening with liverpool now...

he won it twice was because the others played absolutely shyte... Even though the league are different i cant see any team winning the premiership with a record like that..
