You dont rate Sissoko, Johnson or Skyrtel as good buys?
The thing with Rafa, is alot are good promising buys that havent worked out. I cant tell if tis bad luck or bad judgement though, there is only so much bad luck one guy can have...

Johnson i am still not sure about, he is a good player but as yet i think he has found it had to show what he can do in our team, but thats more down to the players around him.

good promising buys that havent worked out. well in that case they are bad buys.

again we could look at how the manager used the players and spoke to the players as to why they did not work out, it is not down to bad luck.

 can you explain your reasoning ?

we don't necessarily need a Villa-level player imo - we need decent back up up front  - we have another striker in the bag supposedly (the free guy from belgium) so hopefully that area wil be improved

Maybe its because hes a shyte manager?

well after todays game that has any trust in Rafa better book themselves in for a CT scan.

the look on our players fance when he took him off tells you what they are thinking, steven gerrard put his hand on his head, this tells you a lot of what he was thinking and it would have been something like this " what the :censored: have you lost you mind? what are you doing that for)

Stevie asked Torres if he was injured and the lad shook his head...the look on Gerrard's face after that said it all.

IRRELEVANT OF ANYTHING THAT'S HAPPENED OR WILL HAPPEN THIS SEASON, SACK RAFA.

NO MAN WHO SUBS OFF FERNANDO TORRES FOR A ROOKIE STRIKER IN A MUST-WIN GAME UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE PARTICILATION FOR OUR FOOTBALL CLUB AND THEREFORE SHOULD NOT BE AT THE HELM OF IT. WALK NOW.

I can only pray that Purslow had enough sense to put a clause in Rafa's new contract that states that we can sack him with minimal financial loss if he fails to deliver a top four finish. Having to pay out £20million+ to shift him and the backroom staff will cripple us financially. We'll never be able to afford a new manager of Liverpool Football Club calibre (and we haven't had one of those for a LONG time) nor any decent players.

Seriosly, he thinks that everyone else is an idiot. He makes those amature "mistakes" that cost us games, a must - win games as you said.I can bet that he's being payed to ruin us.I know nothing about managing but I bet that I wouldnt do those fataly bad desisions that he does.
