I think if we go out of the CL and dont beat Everton Rafas head will be on the chopping block, I dont think he will survive for the rest of the season tbh.
I have a sneaky feeling the axe may fall if the likely exit from the CL happens. I've heard how we "can't sack Rafa because it will cost us too much", but how much would an early CL exit cost? Not qualifying for it next season could cost us even more, while people cite he's had us in the CL for five seasons in a row, one of those was decided off the pitch rather than on it (when we finished fifth in 04/05)
So Tuesday our fate is out of Rafa's hands, he may still be able to claw back a top four finish in the league, but we could be facing the prospect out being out of contention in three competitions by Xmas and only in the fourth still because it doesn't start until after Xmas
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

Rafa 'manipulates' the fans - Redknapp
Updated: November 23, 2009, 8:27 AM EST
Former Liverpool star Jamie Redknapp has questioned Rafael Benitez's management and claims that he manipulates the club's fans.
On the eve of Liverpool's crunch Champions League showdown in Hungary against Debrecen - where they could fail to reach the last 16 for the first time under Benitez - Redknapp offered a wide-ranging criticism of the Anfield boss.
Redknapp believes Benitez should abandon the controversial zonal marking system and questioned whether Fernando Torres will want to stay if Liverpool are only in the Europa League next season.
Redknapp, who played more than 300 games for the club between 1991 and 2002, said: "They have won one in 10 now and fans will be thinking. They are firmly behind him, though, he manipulates the fans ,he gets them how he wants them.
"But there comes a time, if they go out of Europe this week and then lose at Everton, that the fans are swayed and will say that we have to look at him now.
"That team is not really going anywhere. The problem you will get is that will Fernando Torres want to play in the Europa League? I don't think so.

Redknapp oh I remember him flattered to deceive at Liverpool ,more time on the treatment bench than Heggems shorts ,he excelled at lying in a crumpled heap after challenges and being applauded off the pitch by fans who would say "well for 10mins he was brilliant" ...needless to say another pundit I tend to pay little credence to
If they keep dragging them out at this rate we will only need a few ex strikers speaking out and the media will have a full team to deride Rafa with ......

Can we just show you the door, what a load of s h i t you are talking you should ashamed of yourself. Your not a real supporter.

and your living on the planet "Zog" if you think Rafa can keep on duping the fans all the time....you obviously are easily taken in by his manipulation of the fans?......well its time you woke up Lad!.....along with a few more on here FFS Rednapp is spot on with his assesment of the situation....roll on tomorrow.........no more Rafa!
The thing I find odd is why everyone believes rafa lives and breathes Liverpool, he doesn't seem too excited when we score does he?
I think he's a cold-hearted calculating manipulator who has relied on his coaching staff to get him where he is today, he certainly isn't a genius, a footballing genius would not be in the sh1tty situation we are currently in, injuries or no injuries. Even when Arsenal have been at their lowest ebb they still showed more fire more passion, more planning for the future than we do at the moment.
We must have a change of manager, if not the club is fecked, if we drop out of 4th spot I'm not sure we'll ever get back unless we get some crazy billionaire buying us.

I can see your point about Arsenal but in fairness if you are looking at a club that has overachieved compared to money spent then it's Arsenal, they have gone through a major rebuilding phase and I think they are a hell of a lot close to winning the prem at the moment compared to us, they probably won't this season although who knows, but next season if they can get one or two key payers they will be extremely dangerous.
the thing is that I don't think we are a million miles away either but we need a fresh approach, Rafaf's had his turn and he blew it last year, he got physched out by fergie and snapped, I think he's now lost his botte and I don't think we will ever get that close again under Rafa unless we buy the league.

I've always believed that Rafa is just not good enough to win us the Title.......even Last season......when again his bad tactics and negative approach to games (especially early in the season) probably cost us the best chance we had...coupled with the unsettling of Alonso, along with the way he was treated by Rafa resulting in him joining Madrid, then what does Rafa do?...goes and buys a crock for £20 million! to replace him.....but is only good enough (or half fit enough?) to sit on the bench after 4 mths!...yeah great buy that Rafa? and some people want to let him waste more money in January......I think so, get rid now.

Well maybe they only feel the need to post when they are p1ssed off and disappointed with the team. I don't get your point, are you saying that they shouldn't be allowed to post unless they join the mutual w@nkfest every time we beat some newly promoted side or something?

How many times has wenger been rebuilding with new kids - 5 seasons now without anything .
In fact forget it - its getting pretty useless and pathetic on here these days .
