I dont think it as clear cut as the good guy and the bad guy. Obviously Gillett is going to have to have a big say in what is going on as he owns the club so just becuse he keeps quiet acroos the pond dosent mean he is any angel

I'm going to start this thread with an apology as it's a bit of a tease, but I cannot go into what I know and why I know it. However, I believe I'd be writing this thread anyway even if I knew nothing - so make of that what you will.

So I'll start with the obvious that we all know. We have two owners. Two men who assigned debt onto our club. Two men who announced a new stadium and haven't made any progress on the reality. Two men who can't get along enough to run their jointly owned business, to the detriment of the fans they claim they care about.

Hicks is brash, loud and annoying. But he's also fairly honest. He's publicly saying what he's doing while Gillett is doing in private. Yes, Gillett's silence can be interpreted as the Liverpool way but it also means much goes under the radar.

Several months ago I heard from a source connected with the talks that Gillett was the problem. Hicks had been ready to sell and Gillett had thrown a spanner in the works.

More recently, I heard from a source that I use for transfers that there were 2 specific deals Rafa wanted done, which Gillett instructed Parry to call off. This was immediately prior to Hicks' letter and Rafa kicking off on Parry. Gillett then instructed Parry to re-negotiate one of the deals at a lower price - which to this date is no certainty to ever be completed.

And then yesterday, I heard something else which cannot possibly be repeated in any sense whatsoever.

But the aim of this thread is not really to go into the details and I will say all publicly or by PM (unless a Mod should ask in order to keep this thread open). The aim of this thread is to remind people that Hicks is not our sole enemy. Gillett is also our enemy, the snake in the grass we forget about.

THEY don't care about Rafa.
THEY don't care about fans.
Liverpool Football club is in the wrong hands.
