This mornings reports state that Keane & Neville are fit and will start
For me this is great news, we need to beat a full MU side to make all the snipers and doubters sit up and take notice

Bring it on- we have the better midfield not them

A comfortable home win for me Keane or no Keane  :D

I hate manure with a passion, but i have to say van der sar looks like one of the best transfer dealings of the summer, from what i,ve seen already the guy looks immense in goal for them

I agree, the guy has saved 3 certain goals already this season.  2 from Cahill on the first day of the season and one against Villareal the other night.

Have a feeing he'll be beaten once or twice tomorrow though :)

Looks like Gerrards Really fired up about this one, its splashed over the media that he wants to break into the top 3, rafa also admited its a vital game.

Hopefully they got the fire in the belly to win this game. It wont be a stroll in the park.

Just seen that Keane reckons on being fit enough to play tomorrow.

Apparently his injury (which was at least two and probably six weeks out) has responded to treatment so well he'll be fit enough to play on Sunday-even though the diagnosis on the injury was not made until midweek.

How good are their medics if they can mis-interpret an injury like this an get it so (apparently) wholly wrong.

Unless of course we're talking mind games from Fergie an Co.

Keane stunning Man Utd return for Liverpool clash
tribalfootball.com - September 17, 2005

Manchester United captain Roy Keane is set for a shock recall for their high noon clash at Liverpool.

Keane has trained flat-out with the team for the past two days and his fitness will be assessed again today before a decision is made.

But his hamstring injury does not now appear to be as bad as first thought.

United confirmed he would be out for at least a fortnight in midweek, with many backroom staff rating six weeks nearer the mark.

Yet the problem, picked up in last Saturday's Manchester derby, has responded phenomenally to treatment. It would be an incredible recovery from Keane, even by his standards.

He is understood to be desperate to play at Anfield and has told manager Alex Ferguson he will be ready.

Tribal footy generally talk :censored: however it could be true. Even if he does play, he wouldn't be at his maximum.

even at his best he is still no match for our midfield. scholes is no where near as dangerous as he used to be and if they play smith in there to im sure momo will wind him up enough to see him take an early shower :D keane V gerrard , momo V smith ,alonso V scholes no worries. apart from bambi on the wing , hit him hard hit him early

i think we will put one of those high tempo performances like we did to arsenal and juve at home  last season,if we do that we will blow manure away with ease, sissoko alonso and gerrard will totally control the midfield even with keane playing or not.2-0 gerrard and risse
