we NEED a striker...bring back Tallec and also loan in a central midfielder....someone who is 33-34 for the rest of the season who can pass. Another Mcallister?

Bring back Tallec, Bruno Cheyrou and Alou Diarra ? I certainly hope not ! I guess RB is trying to have spanish speaking players all over, so that he can convey his tactics in spanish. Just like what AW did to Arsenal, by buying french speaking players. Andy Johnson is a fairly good forward but I do not think he will fit into RB plans and I do not see him good enough for the big stage.

Come on guys ...

Andy Johnson have already score more than goals so far. We need somebody who can score goals and cheap.

As for Tallec, Bruno Cheyrou and Alou Diarra, I belived that RB is the man that can make these three players turn a world class players. Furthermore we need more players , more than 3 of our players are out more than months .

Johnson is a possibility in the summer unless we are trumped by a big money player. If he get's a game for England and scores a goal, forgert it, his price will be > £25m.

i don't know....this guy could turn out to be another Armstrong...how much did Spurs pay for him?....only to give him a free transfer 3-4 years later!

that worries me aswell. everyone keeps calling for him to get an england callup. well what happened to michael ricketts? he had one exceptional season, got an england cap and then disappeared into obscurity and was never seen again. the last time i checked he was on the bench for leeds.

It's about time Parry and Moores settled on one of the Bid's for a Financial injection into the club, so that we can go out and buy some class players not just 'stop-gap' has beens like Pelligrino. Even Morientes is closer to 30yrs old than 25 and is hardly the stuff of a long term future.

What we need is some fresh dosh and some fresh meat on the pitch.

Clear the old guard and out and bring in some new blood, until this happens its gonna be the same ol music I'm afraid.

I want the big time again and can't see that with the present finanicially strapped set up.

Get rid of the sh!te and lets all move onto bigger and better.
