Of the two though, I don't really know who would make a better manager.
Carra is obviously a bit louder than Stevie. But Kenny and Rafa were both quiet enough humble guys and they did ok.
In a lot of ways though, management is not really worth getting into anymore.
Always wary of players going into management - especially the top players. The success rate of the top players becoming top managers is very small - especially in this country. Gerrard I think could be just like Robson - top player but just doesn't have the tactical know how to manage - where as I think Carra does - just have to read their Auto Bios and the DVD about Gerrard to see the difference between the two in terms of how they studying the game. For me it's more about the tactics as opposed to the character.

no chance, most fans these days are realistic, they know it`s going to take a lot of investment to break into that cabal of top clubs and rodgers isnt getting that type of financial backing from our owners.
at the moment most fans would accept us being there or thereabouts and playing good footy, rodgers is ticking both boxes.
plus you never know, we may defy the odds and do something spectacular.

He should have been a sh!t player, then he would be a better manager. Are you also implying Carra isn't that good?

Did you notice how Stevie positioned the ball perfectly without putting his laces through it. Stevie seems to be doing that more often these days since his injury and subsequent operation. Has anybody else noticed that nugget of information......I can feel a why don't you fk off coming on
