A decent first half. Not great, but so far so good. After a slow start we got plenty of the ball and started getting bodies in the box. Would have been nice to have Carroll in the box for some of those crosses.

Subs for the 2nd half - Carroll for Adam, Bellamy for Kuyt or Downing.

I think we're lacking options in attack. At least we're not getting destroyed in midfield like we usually do, but looking at ours and theirs midfield, we should have done way better. Lucas is having a bad game and should do better. Enrique is doing great though.

That first half reminds me of how we've been all season. Flashes of great football but mostly quite average. I believe we have the team but are having trouble finding that bit of confidence that'll take us up to the next level

that was a decent performance in the 1st half and we are on top but we need to get a goal quickly in the 2nd.
they have the strenght on the bench to tear us apart in the last 10 so we need to link better with suarez and get him moving towards goal.

i would change kuyt,lucas(as he's on a yellow) with aurelio going left wing and downing going right and bellamy linking up with suarez.

The only problem i see is Utd's bench, if we dont get a goal or two i can see the inevitable last gasp utd goal doing us in

They way we're set up would mean any subs would shake things up a bit. I can't see us putting in Hendo, but if we take of Lucas how do we replace our CM? We'd probably push downing and Kuyt back down the wings and play a 4-4-2. Would like to see Bellamy come on for Downing or Kuyt, I don't know which one tho because at the same time I'd like to keep them both in. Wouldn't mind seeing Carroll either.

ive noticed reina has a habit of knocking down shots and collecting on the bounce - nearly cost us there

Ref seemed to miss a few against us there imo... Young wasn't a foul, Downing was fouled and to be fair Welbeck probably should have been booked.

That's a hand ball and that's a pen.. I don't care if you think that's harsh, that's a pen. If we were at Ot I 100% guarantee that's a pen. Then the ref turns around and gives manure a corner when it wasn't... That's 5 in a row now ref.
