i wouldn't be surprised if NESV hadn't already give RBS the assurance it needs so it doesn't take payment off anyone but them. Kinda like a pending payment that will clear as soon as this is sorted.

BREAKING NEWS: The judge in Texas has dropped the injunction.

Two horse race now Mill or NESV who ever gets the money in first.

10.02am: Sources tell me that the Temporary Restraining Order in Texas has been lifted. How this can possibly be, I don't know. But, that is what a well-informed source insists.

They have had it removed so they can refinance with Mill apparently .

They could do nothing while the order was in place.
