So Dan Roan reporting on Twitter that is still feasible for Mill financial to pay off RBS and gain control of the club. Deadline is 1pm.

However he also reports that NESV will fight any moves by H&G or Mill financial as they have a legally binding contract and if it was not for some foul play on the part of H&G they would own the club already.

Just listening to BBC news. They are saying that Hicks is trying to get Mill Finanace to pay off the debt !!

tHE FAT greedy bas.astrd is so sneaky and desperate im sure he is gonna have one final go today , Why would they have ajurned that court last night,there if it was as clear cut as some of us think , That Judge out there had been sent the paper early enough giving him pleny of time yesterday to understand what happend here . So why in that courtroom in Texas did he just not say sorry you greedy . but they have the law  there side . if its clear as day for us , why not them ,why an ajurnment, I hope they dont come up with some fecking hill billie law . something is not right , it should of been open an shut out there yesterday , or im i just reading to much into it,
