If only Mr Justice Lloyd had made the deadline 8pm last night , which as I understand it , is what our team wanted , this would most probably be over . Giving him 'til 4pm today just gave him the time to try something else.

He's fighting dirty and we're playing it by the rules.

Hopefully no one else will be stupid enough to give him any money to pay of RBS.

This was the most worrying thing of all. All the stalling tactics by Hicks has been purely to to give him time to drum up the cash to pay the RBS debt off. This was always going to be the only way Hicks/Mill get to keep their dirty, thieving, grubby, disgusting gnarly hands on our beautiful club.

I feel this whole legal battle is just about to get a whole lot worse and could roll on for ages. I hate to be pessimistic but if the reports are right that Mill are taking on Hick's share this really does open a whole new can of worms. Kind of explains the adjournment in Texas yesterday.. :censored:.

In horror movies they always come back for the third time. We're into that part right at the end now where the nice piano music is playing and everyone is hugging and congratulating each other. Hicks isn't dead he just looks like he is and he is going to rise up, his eyes bulging and saliva dripping from his chin for one last throw of the dice.

Fortunately we're onto the c... and Robbie Fowler is going to do him with a baseball bat. Feck him, fat greedy c...

what we've known for a while is finally plain for everyone(non Red) to see.

how much of a monumental f*ckup these two have been to our club. If they put as much effort into doing what they initially said, as we have seen over the past week in them trying to get their money back....we may actually be talking about football who knows?

There has been enough collateral damage....e.g Rafa, who went to war last year, even tho he took his eye off the team and it cost us i think he deserves a drink for his efforts aswell as everyone who put up a fight against these two.

I hope they get nothing. Apart from embarrassment.

5Live have just said Hicks has been trying all night for a hedgefund to put the 200million into the RBS account by 1 pm today, then Henry will be out of the picture.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

if Hick managed to get Mil finance to fork out the 280 mil to pay back RBS, we are damned screwed.

This story is being repeated everywhere but nobody has actually come out and said whether he has been successful or not.. How can it be that he has had months and months to try and find the money without success and now suddenly he might? My head is about to explode!

Tariq Panga Twitter -

"Under the TRO lodged in Texas RBS have been frozen from doing anything re #LFC until that's lifted. While that's in place seems Mill stuck"

So as soon as the TRO is lifted it will be a race to either sign a deal with NESV or for Hicks to pay £200m via a hedgefund.

30 seconds to sign 5 bits of paper.. About a minute to transfer 200,000,000 quid. I hope their Internet connection goes down as Hick's grubby little withered hand tries to press the send button.

got to say that i did find the funny side when i heard that Hicks tried to sell off his stake in liverpool to Mill only to find that he was blocked from doing so by his own court order lol.

so 4pm today RBS dont have 240 mil back we get hit for 9 points and 24 hours later RBS own us.

today is Liverpool History...................................wonder what it will be.
I dont think anyone can call this, spoke to loads and they are just as mixed up over it as we are.

Me too. Eric our new window cleaner is a Wolves fan and he thinks we'll be fine. He says Bill Hicks is a c... (I'm not sure he knows that much about it to be honest).

Sanjay in the paper shop seemed more concerned that India had beat the Aussies 2-0 in the test matches to be honest, which was somewhat disappointing.

There are a few blokes in yellow flourescant jackets digging up the road outside the pub with a noisy drill thing, I might ask them.

Naturally I'll keep everyone posted if I hear anything.
