Before you used to be able to go to the court of your country of birth where your company is based and try and trump the UK verdict but that was stopped a couple of years ago .

didnt help that RBS do a LOT of business with southern USA, that could have f*cked things up as well.. from what i can tell though its been awesome.. but so was yesterday afternoon lol

ends didnt even tell the Texan judge the same case had just been kicked out of the UK High Court earlier that day so they wont be happy with time wasters. Broughton said they would be humiliated and he was bang on the lad, priceless these two clowns are.

They have until 4 tommz to withdraw injuction or both G&H and Dallas Small court are held in contempt of court . Great work judge .

The High Court have given RBS the go-ahead to continue with sale of Liverpool FC after granting an anti-suit injuction against Tom Hicks and George Gillett's attempts to block the sale through the U.S. legal system.

Liverpool's American owners were strongly condemned by presiding judge Mr Justice Floyd for taking "unconscionable'' action to prevent the board pushing through a takeover by New England Sports Ventures.
