This only allows the sale to proceed. It does not prevent Hicks et al to take individuals and organisations to court civilly, i.e. suing them for damages.

I honestly wouldnt be shocked to see Tom Hicks to arrive at that London court on top of one of those big flying things from Lord of the Rings in the next 10 minutes
