I'm definitely up for that, though I've thought of about 1000 ways to kill them so I'll have to wittle it down to one, suppose I can do that on the flight

our lawyers have to go to court to prove that the TRO obtained by Hicks is invalid on the grounds that the British courts have ruled otherwise and even gave a time as to when the meeting regarding the owners have to take place - 8pm. Hicks claims the meeting was illegal but it is not as it was a result of the judgement by Floyd J.

I´m hoping that a clear and unequivical ruling from Justice Flood this afternoon will act as sufficient 'proof' to indicate to Judge Jim Jordan to feck off and mind his own business.

Hicks cannot win back control but hes absolutely determined to at the very least leave as much damage behind as possible. To me its completely personal now and nothing more. Its the same as having your house repossesed and smashing every window before you hand the keys over. His efforts are those of demented individual on a revenge mission and he is now completely out of control and irrational with rage. We can only hope the drunken nuisance will be removed from the party sooner rather than later.

im surprised at how clueless that american judge is. if the BOP is on us, then it would be easier because we could have documents that american court wouldnt have known existed because the americvnts didnt disclose it to them judge.
