i wonder why he is pulling out...is it because he has decided to buy it from Mill directly or....? i just find it strange. i believe this isnt the last time we will hear of him.

One thing i have learned from all this is never go to Texas. There is something very wrong where you can go into a courtroom basically say whatever you feel and have a restrainig order put on someone without any evidence what so ever.

Witness statement from Martin Broughton reveals the board were close to agreeing deal with NESV at last night's meeting. Appears the Texas injunction stalled the process.
