If this was the middle of January and we were waiting on confirmation of the takeover in order to buy players I would be worried but its not and we have time, hicks dosent.

We have had word from a leading QC that they expect the club will be sold to NESV by the end of the week.

We won't be posting any details and please remember that as with anything in this saga no-one can guarantee anything.

the board should sit back and let rbs call in the loan , let them take control of the club and then let them sell it.

Lakes you clearly don't have a clue about the implications of administration. It is a lot more serious than a mere 9 point deduction. Suggest you do a bit more homework or talk to one of your mates before making any further rash and somewhat naive suggestions.
